bodykits
In my opinion this is one of the more important visual modification you can make. First thing people try to modify when they buy a new car is probably the bodykit and of course this is the first thing where most people fail. Why? Well..there are several reasons for that...
First thing you will probably want to know is that NFSW is a street racing game not a rally one. Therefore most visual parts (and ofcourse bodykits) come from the street racing scene. In the best case scenario the bodykit is from circuit racing and verry rare is rally inspired!
As an example here you can see the Renault Clio. The stock version of it's allready inspired from the rally world so installing any bodykit will visually move it away from the rally scene:

Other cars may have bodykits that resemble rally ones...in that case consider yourself lucky.
Bottom line..if you want to install a bodykit make sure first that you do some research about the rally car and see what bodykit resemble the actual rally one. Also keep in mind that there are several rally cars, Group N,some Group A cars and classic ones, which don't have actual bodykits.
The same it's for hoods and rear wings.

Rims and lowering kits
These two are going hand-to-hand and is another crucial step in building a genuine rally replica. Let's see why...
Rally cars are usually found with two major configurations depending on the surface thay are running:
- Tarmac setup - with lowered suspension and bigger rims
- Gravel setup - with raised suspension and smaller rims
You can match wheels and lowering kits using the following suggestions:
- Tarmac setup: Stage 2 or 3 Lowering kit + 19" (20" for bigger cars, but not quite recomended) rims
- Gravel setup: Stage 1 or no Lowering kit + 17" or 18" rims

As for the rims look:
- use stock rims for classic rally cars
- some cars (not all) allready have rims that resemble the rally ones (Ex: Lancia Delta, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X) but it's up to you if you want to keep them or not.
- In case you really want to change rims we recommend only the following:

Vinyl work
Probably one of the most important modification and the one you must invest most of your time. Players will first notice this on your car before looking for details. And be warned! There a thin line between a "ricer" and a racing livery so all the details counts.
There is not a guideline to this as the possibilities are infinite, yet here are some hints:
- Try to be creative but don't exagerate, especially with decals
- Do not mirror decals or racing numbers. They look bad
- Do not randomly put layers on your car. Try to maintain a good taste ballance
- If you don't have any ideas create a replica. A good replica will all allways turn heads
- Improvize. Originality is allways good
Search on Google for cool liveries, watch YouTube vinyl tutorials and take your time once you started.

Window tint
It's again a matter of personal taste. If you want to use one make sure to match your car dominat colour.
Or much more simple..use a black tint.

license plate
This is a simple one. Every license plate can be accepted excepting the obvious ones..for example: JDM plate on a Ford, drag or police ones etc.
Neons
And on that note we end this guide. I hope it's usefull
